You will get up close with wildlife, replenish your heart in nature and meet extraordinary people from different cultures. You will have time to rest and restore, integrity the gifts that traveling brings. 

We at Deeper Diving know that ravel is also an opportunity to grow, for when we are out of our comfort zones, it can be challenging. We will support our guest to use that which arises as an opportunity heal and transform, in a group setting that is safe, supportive and transformative.  

These are not your typical retreats, summits & adventure. While we may offer some of the standard program events (yoga, meditation, continuing education), our main focus is more than that. We are aimed at those who have been doing deep inner-work and are committed and willing to continue this process. Sometimes, we all need a little more support, a few new tools or exercises to access something just below where were were reaching.  We will push you to stretch yourself in safe ways so that ultimately you are feeling more liberation and peace.

All of our retreats, summits & adventures will also have a humanitarian component. We will bring to the communities we visit tools they can use to get a hand up. We will give back as will be given so much in return.

Some of our retreats will provide CE's for mental heath providers. Our topics will vary but will always include culture and diversity, the role of self-care, and tools to improve our practice.

Your experienced, trained hosts will provide a safe container for your process that which arise. We will have experienced guides, with a focus on eco-tourism

. We will also provide you with memorable adventures in locations that will feed your heart, soul and soul child.
